carpet, fence, & air conditioning

alot of progress was made this past week. the carpet was installed as well as the air conditioning, the fence for the backyard, crown molding, paint, and ceiling fans.

granite countertops, tiled backsplash, and stainless steel sink

this week was the installation of the black granite countertops in the kitchen, the stainless steel sink, tiled blacksplash, and we even have a tree planted in the front yard. less than one month to go.......

light fixtures and countertops

this week was the install of nearly all the light fixtures both inside and out. many of these lights we will be replacing with something a little more to our liking. the countertops were also installed in the bathroom areas. hopefully we will see the granite countertop for the kitchen soon. the concrete patio in the backyard has also been poured.

floor tile installed

the floor tile has been installed in the kitchen, breakfast area, front entry, utility room, and bathrooms. this week they also installed the stair bannister and handrails. my camera battery died on me, so i could only snap a few pics :)

brick is finally up!

well the weather was finally nice enough for the brick to be put up. the past week or so it had been raining too much to get it done. aside from the brick, the wood base and crown molding have started to go up inside. the majority of the doors have also been hung.
